Hi there! I’m Karen – an International Sports Science Association certified fitness trainer, nutrition coach, and movement therapist with a passion to help people live a healthier life on all levels.  

With over 2 decades of training experience (both personal and professional), I deliver a total body fitness and wellness program that is 100% based on you and your individual needs.  The goal is to gain & maintain muscle, lose unhealthy fat, and bring balance to all the systems in you body -  all while supporting and building up every other part of your body as a whole entity.

Committed to sustainable, full-spectrum health and fitness practices that fit into your daily life, my programs are designed around you and your needs, helping you build lean muscle tissue while protecting your joints and building up your cardiovascular health.  The goal is to build up and support your whole body through good practices instead of wearing it down by over training and under eating. The end result is you are truly healthy and strong both inside and out!
